• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Understand basic cost guidelines applicable to the Bar Program
• Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Timely communication and support for FOH team to ensure timely service flow, guest needs, and table turns.
• Exhibit commitment to Company core values in all work activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

• 2 years of prior bar experience
• Must be hardworking and extremely reliable; be able to adjust priorities at any given moment based on the needs of the restaurant, guests, and employees
• Passion for and extensive knowledge of spirits, beer, distributors, and importers
• Ability to help educate staff and guests humbly and meaningfully
• Team oriented with the ability to support teammates behind the bar in the main dining room and lounge areas
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of POS Systems (preferably Toast)
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work at least 40 hours a week on their feet and lift at least 40 lbs.
