NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY for a Production Cell Leader in Gardner, MA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, weekend availability.

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 2:45 pm-11:00 pm ($16.25)

3rd Shift: 10:45 pm-7:00 am ($16.50)

*All shifts are subject to overtime hours as needed*

Requirements:

· Ability to function within a team environment.

· Must be able to regularly lift, bend, and stack materials up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

· Ability to understand and effectively communicate both verbally and written using basic English Language.

· Must possess math fundamentals such as: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

· Communication with QC Staff and/or Shift Supervisor of any machine start-up or significant process changes, abnormalities detected, and assisting with the necessary corrective action to resolve the problem.

· Performs additional duties as required.

Duties:

· Stocking packaging materials at each workstation, as required.

· Setting up and maintaining production equipment as required.

· Visually inspecting the product as defined in our established Quality Standards, as it comes off the molding machine, for any “Aesthetics” type problems and notifying QC Inspectors and the Shift Supervisor of any abnormalities detected and assisting with the necessary corrective action to resolve the problem.

· Counting product and packing it into cartons; date coding, sealing, labeling, and skidding completed product.
