Our Operations Support Specialist (OSS)/Operations Project Coordinator (OPC) drives the Division in organizing and executing critical day to day functions and priorities. The Operations Support Specialist/Operations Project Coordinator may function as a conduit between the customer and production team to manage jobs while providing an elevated level of internal and external customer service.
Here is a glimpse of what you will do:
• Support the Division by providing local reporting, inventory administration and managing materials and labor reconciliation using Oracle.
• Support the Office Manager and may perform data input and reconcile various reports
• Audit various Division reports and resolve transaction discrepancies while interacting with teammates to clarify and resolve issues.
Under limited supervision the candidate will be responsible for:
• Performing data input for customer quotes, submittals, and order management (Oracle).
• Create work schedules and track
• Work-In-Progress (WIP) weekly
• Assist Production Manager with daily functions adjusting and making corrections as required or directed by supervisors.
• Ensure exceptional customer interactions by managing all incoming communications in an efficient and professional manner, answering, disseminating, or redirecting appropriately.
All other duties as assigned.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) PowerPoint, preferred but not required.
• Oracle experience, highly desirable.
• Strong diligence demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Great attendance and punctuality required.
• Industry Experience (Construction, Insulation, Trades, etc.): 0-6 months.
• Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License
• Clear Post Offer Drug Screen
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
