Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing the user experience, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Duties:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue goals
- Manage the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines
- Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates
- Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Oversee the management of product listings, pricing, inventory levels, and promotions on the e-commerce platform
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology advancements
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors such as payment processors, shipping providers, and web developers

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, WordPress, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools
- Proficient in performance marketing techniques including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Experience with data analysis using SQL or similar software
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
