ABOUT THE DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
This position will oversee (3) concepts with (4) total locations. Your responsibilities include overseeing employees, improving customer satisfaction, developing and conducting training, and other managerial duties. The Director of Restaurant Operations is responsible for leading, developing, and making sincere and genuine connections with executive team members, location general managers, store managers and all hourly team members. You will be responsible to inspect facilities, and you will be in charge of several locations in a restaurant concept group. You will also be in charge of analyzing performance, both of individuals and the restaurant as a whole.
The Director of Restaurant Operations reports directly to the owner. You will work side by side with our Director of Food & Beverage, our Director of Systems and Logistics, our Director of Finance, and our Marketing Director. A key to your success will also be working with our Director of Operations on other concepts.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
Provide strategic planning regarding operations to ensure and sustain positive growth.
Support and direct best scheduling practices for the restaurant according to past sales, trends, and events.
Ensure financial accuracy of sales records, expenses, and inventories through proactively researching, reviewing, and correcting discrepancies, and maximizing profitability in each store location.
Provide direction on how to drive excellence in service that creates meaningful and genuine connections with guests.
Monitor financials, cash-handling, inventories, and invoicing accuracy performance.
Ensure and audit the proper enforcement of sanitation standards, legal regulations, and security systems.
Ensure the stores are complying with company policies and procedures.
Audit the maintenance of equipment and facilities to required standards.
Resolve and mediate conflict involving management, hourly employees, and guests.
Conduct quality audits of food, drinks, service, facilities, and ambience.
Ensure marketing initiatives are being adhered to.
Motivate and increase employee job performance to meet company initiatives.

Requirements:
Requires 3 years of Director experience with positive financial results and low employee turnover.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, and Business preferred. Combined work experience and education with be considered in decisions.
Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
