Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Turf Care and Pest Control Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and text interactions.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our turf care and pest control services, including pricing, scheduling, and service offerings.
• Schedule appointments for turf care treatments and pest control services, coordinating with field technicians and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and billing information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with our turf care and pest control teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Actively promote additional services and products to customers to enhance their experience and meet their needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the turf care or pest control industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of turf care and pest control terminology, products, and services is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Sheets and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
