**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Dental assistant /Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk activities at our dental office, ensuring smooth patient flow and excellent customer service.
**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system
- Process insurance claims and payments
- Assist with billing inquiries and financial arrangements
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient care
**Experience:**
- Proven work experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance protocols
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
