Medium size family business seeking a trustworthy, motivated individual with 10 years of experience managing 10 employees, warehouse facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution
• Manage warehouse staff and provide leadership, training and coaching for employees when procedures or standard work is not being followed
• Establish and maintain operating procedures
• Ensure accurate record keeping
• Manage Physical Stock Counts
• Assure safety levels are maintained at the highest levels
• Inspects physical conditions of warehouse and equipment
• Motivate and challenge Warehouse employees
• To train and direct laborers in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety, quality, and productivity
• Isolate any product which will not meet the established quality standards
• Responsible to maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the warehouse inside and outside

Requirements

• 10 years experience in a similar capacity
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must speak English and Spanish.
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Business Hours M-F 8am - 5pm
