As we scale to meet growing demand, we are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Facility Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of 20 employees.
This role is critical to ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We do not operate our own trucks — all freight is handled through trusted common carrier partners — so strong coordination and logistics management skills are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, storage, and shipping.
- Manage warehouse staff (forklift drivers, ecommerce team, and general warehouse employees) through scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, stock counts, and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers (common carriers only) to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery nationwide.
- Manage facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs and upkeep.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Operate a forklift as needed to support day-to-day operations.
- Lead process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company’s growth.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of food warehouse or facility management experience.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15 employees.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and safety regulations.
- Experience working with common carriers for distribution; WMS or TMS experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or related field preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and budgeting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
- Non-airconditioned warehouse environment.
- Requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
