WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an HR admin with at least 2 years of experience managing personnel documents for both the citizens of the United States and international employees. Qualified applicants will have experience handling temporary and permanent service contracts and working with payroll providers in various countries.

The HR admin will be part of the Finance team, reporting to the local Accounting lead.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage personnel record-keeping and reporting.
  • Monitor the processes of employee hiring, transfer, and termination.
  • Develop policies and documents related to personnel management.
  • Process employee paperwork and assist them with workplace adaptation.
  • Prepare documents in compliance with labor legislation and the company local regulations.
  • Register personnel documents, organize document storage, and maintain an archive.
  • Identify errors, inaccuracies, corrections, and unreliable information in documents, ensuring documents authenticity.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation using search engines and information resources.
  • Utilize computer programs for managing databases related to personnel records and movement.
  • Coordinate business trips, collect and archive documents.
  • Participate in relevant company projects.
  • Provide consultation to company employees on personnel matters.
  • Help the entity Lead in daily routine operations.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Must haves:

  • 2 years of proven experience with personnel documents.
  • Experience in successfully passing inspections from regulatory authorities and/or providing documents upon their requests.
  • Basics of labor, civil, and archival legislation, and regulatory legal acts on personnel documentation maintenance.
  • Understanding of internal labor regulations.
  • Understanding of general trends in the labor market and in the industry.
  • Familiarity with position appointment procedures, hiring, changes in position or salary, and dismissal.
  • Knowledge of the preparation, maintenance, and storage of personnel-related documentation.
  • Proficiency in compiling personnel reports.
  • Familiarity with labor protection and fire safety rules.
  • Experience in organizing business trips.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in controlling the Payroll providers or direct payroll experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills.

The minimum base salary for this position is $XXX.
