Description
Working as part of our global People & Culture (P&C) Operations team and reporting to the P&C Operations Manager in our corporate headquarters, Oxford, UK, this is a critical role in ensuring an efficient, high quality employee experience across our three offices in the NORAM region.
Known internally as our (Senior) P&C Operations Coordinator, you will manage and administer all people related processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, payroll & benefits, internal mobility, immigration, and employee data management.
You'll also work on global and local process improvement projects, so if you're passionate about P&C Operations and ready to make a meaningful impact in a global environment, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, internal mobility, immigration, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage payroll administration and ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Maintain clean and accurate data in our HRIS system.
  • Enhance the employee experience through effective P&C administration practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with local centers of excellence to optimize P&C processes and practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline P&C operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for P&C-related queries and support.
What we are looking for
  • Previous experience working in a multinational matrixed company across multiple geographies.
  • Proven track record of managing P&C administration processes and tasks.
  • Experience with payroll administration and HRIS systems is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of P&C policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across geographies.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently in a standalone role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail
