Meet the Team
We are looking for a Global Events Manager to help with the planning and execution efforts of all external customer-facing and internal strategic events. This role entails driving innovative end-to-end event experiences and programs on a global scale through flawless execution and dedication. Reporting to the Head of Global Events, this role fosters collaboration at all levels of the company, from executives and vendors to peers and interns, and is hands-on in bringing every event to life. This candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments while remaining attentive to every detail of the creative delivery, customer experience, operations, and technologies associated with event production and enjoy building relationships with cross-functional teams. This candidate must thrive under pressure and collaborate across multiple stakeholders while executing event plans, content, timelines, and budget requirements. Responsibilities
  • Produce a variety of event types from trade shows to internal conferences, to playing a key role in our annual user conference, Works With.
  • Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and follow-up for each of the event programs you are assigned.
  • Create and drive project plan to ensure flawless implementation of event operations with teammates, partners, and stakeholders. You will act as the single source of truth for all stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each event.
  • Manage and strengthen the operational event strategy inclusive of project plans, creative design and productions, financial management, registration, customer communications, analytics and reporting and all other logistics - whether in the virtual world, or IRL when appropriate.
  • Work closely with product, segment leaders, and the global marketing team to identify goals, event content, promotion strategy, communications, demos, customer experience, speaker management, budget management, and logistics.
  • Develop and own relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure best-in-class work and full ROI is consistently delivered.
  • Effectively manage all resources and components to deliver against competing event schedules.
  • Proactively identify and problem-solve risks.
  • Demonstrate measurable business impact based on the goals outlined for each experience. Translate post-event analytics and data into recommendations.
  • Develop and foster stakeholder trust by initiating and nurturing strong cross-functional and intra-team partnerships.
Skills You Will Need

The following qualifications will be considered a plus:
  • Previous experience working in the semiconductor industry

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $72,037 - $133,783 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package.
