Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Review accounts for proper payments, identifying potential credit issues, and minimizing debt exposure while establishing or adjusting credit terms based on performance.
- Conduct financial analysis, interpreting numerical data to monitor credit status and days sales outstanding.
- Assist in reconciling accounts and manage new accounts according to company credit guidelines.
- Communicate with drivers regarding collection decisions and account credits, such as approving or denying charges for Cash On Delivery (COD) customers.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Ten Key skills.
- High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience in accounting, collections, administrative support, or related fields.
