Key Responsibilities:

7. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service progress, explain technical issues, and offer recommendations for optimal performance.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users to enhance their understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.
9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while performing field service activities.
10. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for field service operations.
