Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Support: Respond promptly to service requests from clients and travel to their locations to assess and address technical issues.

2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose problems with equipment or systems by utilizing technical knowledge, diagnostic tools, and customer input.

3. Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

4. Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of new equipment or systems at client sites.

5. Testing and Calibration: Conduct testing and calibration procedures to verify the accuracy and functionality of equipment.

6. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and other relevant information in service reports and databases.

7. Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service progress, explain technical issues, and offer recommendations for optimal performance.

8. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users to enhance their understanding of equipment operation and maintenance.

9. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal safety and the safety of others while performing field service activities.

10. Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for field service operations.
