Manufacturing Alliance of Philadelphia is Hiring a Field Service Technician Near Philadelphia, PA
- Travel to customer locations to fix, clean, or install beverage equipment
- Refurbish machines for future use
- Provide courteous and dependable service to customers at all times
- Manage parts for service van and maintain sufficient inventory
- Complete reports on time spent and parts used
- Ensure van remains clean, in good working order and properly stocked
- May attend classes and training sessions
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, plumbing and/or related experience
- Experience with restaurant and coffee equipment is a plus (we will provide training)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Safe, clean, and courteous driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with Harrisburg and surrounding areas
- Ability to use a computer
- High School diploma
