As a Senior BMS Technician on our BMS Controls team, you will spearhead the installation and maintenance of building management systems. This role requires independent work on diverse projects, offering guidance to junior technicians, and ensuring all installations conform to our stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the installation and troubleshooting of BMS control components.
• Collaborate with contractors to guarantee timely completion of projects.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of safety.
• Perform system checkouts and oversee commissioning processes.

• A leadership role in pioneering BMS installations.

• Professional development through mentorship and training opportunities.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical roles; an electrical license is highly desirable.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in the National Electrical Code (NEC), understanding of blueprints, and construction documents.
• Skills: Expertise in EMT, IMC, and conduit installation. Proficiency with HVAC, DDC systems, and network installation. Familiarity with Tridium Niagara, Distech Controls, and integration protocols.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in construction environments, climb, operate lifts, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Licensing: Valid state motor vehicle license with a safe driving record.
• Travel: Based primarily in Atlanta data center locations with 20-100% on-site presence and occasional out-of-state travel (10-40%).
