We have a hardwood face veneer division, a specialty plywood division, and a retail wood products division.
We are currently searching for a 3rd shift Manufacturing Production Technician. The primary role of this position is to produce the highest quality veneer and plywood products by working with a team and performing a variety of roles, including machine operation and manual inspection and sorting of material.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour. Work schedule is 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday - Thursday. Duties
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Work on a production line with consistent speed and accuracy
- Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently
- Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
- Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
To truly be successful in this role, you'll need to be reliable and punctual, be respectful and communicate well with other team members, and have a positive, winning attitude.
Qualifications
- Be able to lift approximately 25-50 pounds regularly
- Have great attention to detail
- Experience working in a manufacturing facility preferred
