This role will report directly into the Country MD giving you a clear reporting line, immediate support and reducing red tape.

Team Leader - Responsibilities :

• Working with HR Manager and CEO on team staffing requirements
• Win new accounts through leveraging and maximising relationships
• People management of the associates within your team managing and coaching your team, holding 121 development meetings and being a point of contact for questions or queries
• Work closely with candidates to help them navigate their careers and facilitate introductions to top high growth companies in our network
• Act as an ambassador for Mantell Associates in the market, understanding that each interaction is an important part of building our brand and network
• Track your market closely and demonstrate curiosity putting yourself in a strong position to unearth potential business leads and market information pertaining to current and potential clients

Team Leader - Requirements :

• Previous experience within the Life Science and / or Pharmaceutical recruitment space (Pharma & Biotech market knowledge is essential)
• Track record of success in prior roles such as career advancement and progression, exceeding revenue goals
• Previous line management experience in some capacity
• Ability to embrace other business cultures and build relationships with all types of people
• Ambitious, reliable, punctual, seeking continuous improvement for yourself and Mantell Associates
• The ability to be resilient, work at significant pace in an ever-changing business environment and have perseverance during rejection
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated with a go-getter’ attitude and the ability to face challenges in a consultative, proactive manner whilst looking to identify a solution
• Must be based in Miami or have a commutable journey to Miami
