Video Equipment Integrator - RACKFAB

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Video Engineer to join our team for a program that supports a variety of customer IT requirements with a focus on providing productive and collaborative workspace to support dynamic mission requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Will participate in some or all of the following activities :

Engineering Services and Implementation Support.

Audio and Visual Equipment Testing and Configuration.

Audio and Visual Equipment Initial Validation.

Hours of Coverage :

Individual shift may vary, but you will be a member of a team that provides coverage from 6 : 00 a.m. 6 : 00 p.m.

Basic Qualifications :

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Must demonstrate ability to thrive and succeed in a challenging environment.

Proficiency in many aspects of information technology.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills due to variety of groups to be working with, such as co-workers, management, and customers;

must be able to exchange accurate information.

Resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone or self-service that involve A / V equipment and integrated systems.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office product suite.

Knowledge of component and transmission medium compatibility and interconnection.

Willingness to travel locally, as needed.

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

Preferred Qualifications :

Related work experience in a technical help desk position.

Experience with data transfer services.

IAT Level II certification.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM.

Prior experience managing projects from low-mid complexity.

ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification .

NOTE : Multiple levels of seniority are available dependent on qualifications / experience.

Security Clearance Requirements :

Current / active TS / SCI with Polygraph.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

Must be able to stand at a table or work bench for long periods of time.

Must be able to move / traverse within and between buildings and offices.

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine and computer printer.

Must be able to move Audio / Visual or Computer equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier equipment as part of a team lift .
