Job Title : Customer Service / Call Center Rep

Location : Freeport, NY

Pay Range : $20 - $23

What's the Job?

• Communicating and coordinating with clients, vendors offices, and field technicians via phone and email.
• Processing a high volume of business to business service requests in a fast paced environment
• Documenting all communications, status updates, and other details in job files and client systems
• Flagging and escalating client issues for urgent response as needed What's Needed?
• Experience answering high volume calls and making outbound calls
• Excellent communication written and verbal
• Great competitive rates $20-$23
• 40 hours work week Monday - Friday
