Our client, a respected & privately owned consulting firm in the Dallas, TX area, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join their impactful team.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in helping grow our client's business by demonstrating excellent customer relation skills and technical acumen . The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of professional experience to go along with, at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Prior experience in the water/wastewater industry is preferred, but not required. This position can sit out of either Dallas, TX or San Antonio, TX.
Job Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer (Project Manager)
Location: Dallas, TX (75252)
Pay: $100,000-$130,000/yr.
Bonus: Available
Travel: 10-20%
Hybrid work: All Fridays work from home
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform facility power assessments and studies
• Prepare preliminary design reports (PDRs)
• Develop detailed technical documentation (project plans, specifications, engineering reports, etc.)
• Lead the development of Opinions of Probable Construction Cost (OPCC)
• Perform field inspections
• Lead design projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• AutoCAD, Revit 3D, Microstation, and SKM experience preferred but not required
• Familiar with design documents including data sheets, network diagrams, instrument drawings, electrical drawings, input/output wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, and P&IDs
• Experience in water/wastewater preferred but not required
• Experience designing process control systems and their related network and electrical infrastructures
• Knowledge of industry related standards such as NIST, NEC, ISA, NEMA, UL508, EIA/TIA, IEEE, NFPA820 required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
