Solid Legal Knowledge:
- Proficient in federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures.
- Strong litigation background, including experience in e-filing.
Documentation Skills:
- Knowledgeable in preparing tables of contents and authorities.
Language and Writing Proficiency:
- Excellent proofreading and writing skills with great attention to detail.
Administrative Skills:
- Strong administrative, follow-up, initiative, organizational, and calendaring skills required.
Technical Skills:
- Excellent typing, formatting, editing, and redlining skills.
- Proficient in computer software, specifically Word 2010 or higher, Outlook, and iManage or similar document management systems.
Additional Skills (a plus):
- Familiarity with CompuLaw, Best Authority, Kofax, Comparite, and CCC Macros.
