Do you have experience in residential Construction lending?

Are you highly motivated, sales driven, and detail oriented?
Do you have top notch communication and customer service skills and have an overwhelming desire to unlock the door to home ownership in the community you serve?
Are You Skilled In:
- Sourcing and originating mortgage loans?
- Managing the client experience from origination to closing?
- Examining, evaluating and recommending customer applications for real estate loans?
- Soliciting customers through established networks and community involvement?
- Developing a marketing plan?
- Analyzing potential loan markets?

Compensation for this role is primarily commission based where personal performance will determine earnings. The general pay range for the position is $30,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually.
