The Financial Analyst is responsible for provider compensation calculations and budget along with related reporting to providers and management. Compile and analyze data from various sources for use in plan modeling and trending. Prepare and present data in meetings with individual providers and Compensation Committee. Prepare and review of monthly journal entries and financial reports. Prepare budget for revenue accounts and overall budget. Prepare variance analysis, statistical reports and special projects as requested

Minimum qualifications are a BS degree in Accounting or Finance with 10 years or more of progressively responsible experience with healthcare preferred. The position requires strong communication and analytical skills, accuracy and proficiency in Excel. Must be detail oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently.

Employment is contingent on passing drug screening, health assessment and background check.
