Description

Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change and Customer Journey Manager to lead the daily operations, logistics, and performance of key organizational aspects related to the expansion of the NSF Convergence Accelerator program to a nationwide level. This role involves preparing, supporting, and equipping NSF staff and anchor staff for the program's growth, focusing on change management, process development, risk mitigation, and effective project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing change initiatives and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operations, logistics, and performance aspects outlined in the statement of work for the NSF Convergence Accelerator program expansion.
  • Facilitate the nationwide expansion of program operations, including the establishment of regional anchors, by implementing effective change management strategies.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in organizational change and customer journey management, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful program growth.
  • Utilize project management skills and software to oversee and coordinate the expansion process, including risk identification and mitigation.
  • Develop and implement organizational processes that can be adopted by NSF staff and anchor staff to support program expansion.
  • Capture and report key information related to change initiatives and program expansion.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide feedback and support for deliverables, ensuring they align with program objectives.
  • Obtain and maintain a change management certification, such as Prosci.
  • Showcase examples of successfully leading change management projects similar to the NSF Convergence Accelerator expansion needs.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful organizational change and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • Change management certification, such as Prosci, or a minimum of 7 years working and leading change management projects.
  • Skills and experience in project management, project management software, change management strategies, and organizational process development.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives.
  • Excellent thought leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and communication efforts in parallel.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
