Manhattan Specialty Care is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO, responsible for supporting the CEO and management team in administrative, operational, and strategic endeavors. This role encompasses the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, collaborating closely with the organization to drive strategic initiatives. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources landscape through strategic planning, policy implementation, and program evaluation. The candidate will report directly to the Director of Operations for the practice.
