Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the timely movement of materials and goods, maintaining accurate storage and inventory records, and performing various daily operations functions within the warehouse. This entry-level position requires no previous experience but prefers candidates with a two-year degree and one year of work experience, particularly in an operations environment. Proficiency in using handheld scanners and forklift operation is preferred. The role also involves housekeeping activities and other directed duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely movement of materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate storage and inventory records.
- Perform various daily operations functions within the warehouse.
- Conduct clean-up and housekeeping activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two-year degree and 1 year of work experience preferred.
- Experience in an operations environment preferred.
- Proficiency in handheld scanner usage.
- Forklift certification (will certify).
- Familiarity with SAP and Excel (will use).
Additional Details:
- Length of Assignment: 6 months
- Possibility of conversion to Full-Time Employment.
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, with every other weekend on-call rotation.
- Onsite work: 100%
