Mancan Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Bridgeville. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Salary: $48,000 - $60,000 per year (Based on experience)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee all warehouse operations, including but not limited to:
- Scheduling and coordinating delivery and pick-up logistics
- Receipt of ordered products, distribution of paperwork, and inventory management
- Inventory maintenance and re-ordering processes
- Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and company-owned vehicles
- UPS shipping operations
- On-call availability for emergencies
Staff Education:
- Supervise training programs and ensure staff competency in equipment usage and safety protocols
- Provide guidance on delivery and pick-up procedures, adhering to JCAHO and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain MSDS information and enforce vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
Customer Service:
- Coordinate repair activities for various equipment
- Organize repair schedules and oversee completion of work orders
- Handle inquiries from sales departments regarding product availability and substitutes
Administrative:
- Attend managerial training sessions as required
- Submit monthly reports to CFO and schedule staff meetings with training objectives
- Conduct staff counseling sessions and annual performance reviews
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Continuing Education:
- Attend annual in-service on Infection Control and training sessions on new products and technologies
- Review safety videos and utilize audio-visual resources for self-improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and enforcement of OSHA Safety Guidelines and JCAHO guidelines
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean record
- Familiarity with PA, Ohio, and West Virginia road systems
- High school education; additional schooling or credits are desirable
