Job Opportunity : 1st Shift Unloader - Sebring, OH - $ Must be able to reach parts. Will be dipping parts, unloading and loading.

Key Responsibilities :

As an Unloader on the 1st shift, you will be responsible for :

Unloading Duties : Physically unloading heavy materials or products from trucks, containers, or other delivery vehicles.

Heavy Lifting : Showcasing your strength and ability to lift and carry heavy objects throughout the shift.

Reaching : Utilizing your agility to handle items on racks or shelves up to 6 feet high.

Safety Compliance : Following safety protocols and utilizing equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to ensure injury-free unloading and material handling.

Teamwork : Collaborating closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient unloading and a seamless workflow.

General Duties : Assisting in various tasks, including maintaining equipment, cleaning work areas, and supporting other departments as required.

Physical Stamina : Displaying endurance to tackle the physical demands of the role throughout your shift.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform heavy lifting and reach high shelves

Prior experience in unloading or material handling preferred but not required

Strong attention to safety and detail

Reliable attendance and punctuality
