Monday-Friday
7a-4p, 8a-5p, or 9a-6p
$22 / hr
We are seeking a self-motivated and skilled individual with experience in facility maintenance, including hand and power tools, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general handyman tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing maintenance issues, ensuring facilities are safe and operational.
Requirements :
Must have own basic tool set
3-5 years as a Building Maintenance Tech
Must be able to work independently and with a team
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
