We’re now hiring for Grounds Crew Members at Jim’s all Seasons LLC in Cleveland, OH.

In this role, you will be responsible for all groundwork, including the operation of various pieces of power equipment, removing debris, chipping brush, traffic control, assisting and working with Tree Climbers, and site clean up after each job.

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per day

Typical day in the life of a Grounds Crew:

• Operation of brush chipper in a safe manner.
• Working with others to safely retrieve brush and branches to carry or drag to chipper for disposal.
• May be asked to operate saws or other equipment.
• Coordinate with climber and/or crane operator to trim or remove trees in a safe manor.
• Lay plywood boards for equipment and foot traffic to minimize damage to properties.
• Communicate with others effectively and ability to follow directions for smooth production.
• Assist in raking and blowing any debris to ensure adequate cleanup.
• Maintains fuel and fluid levels for all types of equipment on a daily basis; reports equipment problems or failure to the equipment manager immediately.
• Returns all equipment to the designated location at the maintenance facility; and cleans the maintenance areas.
• May be required to assist in other job duties as well.
• Drive trucks to site location (clean driving record required)
