Management One Property Management is Hiring a Property Inspector Near Riverside, CA

Property Inspector Position

Requirements

· Clean DMV is REQUIRED ( This is a deal breaker )

· Must type at least 35 wpm and have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc…)

· Must be a self-starter and self-disciplined

· Enjoy dealing with people

· Property management experience preferred

· Basic Maintenance Knowledge is REQUIRED

· Must reside in the Riverside, Corona, Moreno Valley, Perris area.

Typical Day

  • Complete interior and exterior inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance requests
  • Liaison between contractors, landlords, and residents
