Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding services, financials, and due dates

-Formulate financial documents provided to customers for payment processes

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner

- Maintain customer records/financials and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

-Have a passion for helping others through innovation and development methods

- Utilize phone etiquette skills to deliver exceptional service during every interaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ***Spanish is a plus!

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
