A little about the position :

• Assists the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Staff Accommodations Office, assists in reservations, check-in, check-out, tenant and neighbor relations.
• Performs the duties of the General Manager when the General Manager is not available.
• Assists the General Manager in developing and implementing policies and procedures.

Requirements :

• Computer literate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• College graduate or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Customer Service front office and reservations operations.
• Previous experience in employee training and supervision required.
• Experience in guest recovery and conflict resolution

Pay : $66,560.00 - $72,172.50 per year
