A little about the position: Manages the day-to-day operations of the ski & snowboard and school. Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff. Resolves guest and employee issues as needed. Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews. Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual. Mentors and assists in the development and training of future Ski & Snowboard School leaders. Requirements: PSIA/AASI Level 2 or above certified instructor preferred, with a strong understanding of contemporary ski and snowboard technical, teaching and people skills 3 years working in snow sports school, preferably with supervisory experience Ability to positively influence and support others. High levels of emotional intelligence. Superior communication skills.
