A little about the position: Assists Manager in the operations of the Mammoth Mountain Via Ferrata. Schedules guest reservations. Provides information to guests regarding Via Ferrata products. Answers phones and provides face-to-face customer service for the business. Responsible for the office/sales operation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience Six months of customer service experience preferred Three to six months of cash handling experience preferred Six months of general office or clerical experience preferred Basic reading and writing skills. Knowledge of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area guest policies and facilities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior guest service skills and phone ettiquette Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other computer skills preferred Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.80 Working in the iconic mountains of California is a dream we want to help you achieve and it all starts here.
