DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

As a Construction Foreman with us, your typical day will involve leading your team to achieve project goals, overseeing concrete forming, and managing equipment operations. You'll ensure quality control, effective communication with stakeholders, and adherence to safety standards. With a focus on excellence, you'll be a driving force in delivering top-tier construction projects!

Here's what we need from you:

• 3 years of crew management experience
• 7 years of construction experience
• Knowledge of concrete forming and equipment operation
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and your own truck
• Ability to travel for jobs between Santa Rosa, CA and Oakland, CA
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Previous helical pier installation experience is a plus!
