BECOMING OUR LEAD CONSTRUCTION LABORER - FOREMAN

This construction management position works Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and travels to job sites between Santa Rosa, CA and Oakland, CA.

As our Lead Construction Laborer - Foreman, every day is a canvas to paint your expertise. Your role involves not just overseeing projects, but shaping them. Lead your crew to craft flawless concrete forming construction, manage operations seamlessly, and uphold the high standards we're known for. All that you need to excel is the following:

• 3 years of crew management experience
• 7 years of construction experience
• Knowledge of concrete forming and equipment operation
• Valid driver's license, a clean driving history, and your own truck
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Previous helical pier installation experience is a plus!
