Salary - 60k - 65k
Location - Louisville, KY
JOB OBJECTIVE : The Marketing Coordinator position will support Sales with trade shows, literature, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, promotional products, website updates, project success stories, videos, company events, & videoboard software implementations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for master trade show schedule.
- Responsible for trade show registration, trade show sponsorships, trade show materials, & booth set-up.
- Responsible for trade show / booth marketing tools (pop-ups, banners, props, etc.).
- Responsible for maintaining & updating company literature (hard copy & soft copy).
- Responsible for developing marketing campaigns to support sales growth strategies.
o Responsible for social media posts promoting COMPANY projects, events, & celebrations.
o Responsible for ongoing website updates & website refresh initiatives as needed.
o Responsible for sharing project success stories in all forms of media (social media, videos, email, etc.).
- Responsible for coordinating Lunch & Learns with architects / manufacturers.
- Responsible for developing, coordinating & ordering company promotional products.
- Responsible for assisting / coordinating internal COMPANY events, outings, & celebrations.
- Responsible for developing software content & providing training on Watchfire video products.
- Responsible for market & competition research for new sales vertical opportunities.
