Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Sales Manager to join our team. As a GSM, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in automotive sales.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealerships
- Conduct regular sales meetings to provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and service to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports
- Oversee inventory control processes to optimize stock levels and minimize losses
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue per customer
Requirements:
