Schedules repairs with customers and prepares schedule for shop and field service personnel. Oversees timely processing of work order. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. Works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Typically requires 1-3 years of related experience or may need – years of experience with additional specialized training and/or certification.

• Entering Work Order Information
• Responding to customer emails on status updates
• Reporting and Filing
• Take photos of incoming service projects
• Assist with Parts and Shipping responsibilities as needed
• Contribute to team efforts
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma and/or technical training
• Professional communication skills
• Good phone etiquette
• Computer skills including Word and Excel
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Willingness to take direction
• Flexibility with job responsibilities is a must
