This is a beautiful multi-brand showroom with prestigious brands such as Rolex, Breitling, Omega, Tag Heuer, Grand Seiko, Longines, Tissot, and an array of vintage timepieces.
This Sales Manager will oversee a small team of Sales Professional. The ideal candidate must be people focused with strong experience of managing customer experience in a luxury consultative sales environment.
Our Sales Managers are inspirational role models who play a key role assisting in motivating and developing a team to deliver the exceptional experience our clients have come to expect. An ambassador for Watches of Switzerland you will have an entrepreneurial approach and a strong background in retail. An impressive record of business development and excellent people skills you will help to drive the business forward and share your passion about our fantastic products.
About you
A proven track record in retail management ideally in a luxury environment
Experience of mentoring and coaching a high performing sales teams
Experience of managing a back office team and operational processes
Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
