Job Qualifications
Education: High school degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Experience: 1 years of Supervisory experience in retail prepared foods (culinary/kitchen/restaurant)
Knowledge/Skills: Strong knowledge of proper knife-handling skills. Basic proficiency with computer applications and programs including email, Microsoft Office, and operations related applications.
Ability to direct the work of others as well as follow directions and established procedures.
Strong knowledge of general prepared foods department practices and procedures.
Other: Must have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time.
