Overview:
We are a unique services agency in the NWA area. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services to clients
- Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track client interactions and monitor sales activities
- Coordinate with financial services team to ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
