-At least3 years of related professional cooking experience

-Experiencewith commercial restaurant cooking equipment 

-Abilityto follow sanitation and cleanliness procedures

-Culinarydegree or related restaurant experience is preferred

-Greatcommunication skills with both front and back of the house

-Handle afast-paced cooking environment with ease
