Description

• Responsible for wearing the proper mandatory safety gear in designated areas/situations.
• Responsible for upholding the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values. 
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures and OSHA guidelines. 
• Complete daily task list.
• Work self-directed and directed to keep equipment operating at its best.
• Basic priority of repairs is ERW Yoder Tube Mills, Slitter, Havens and additional machinery.
• Maintain a fleet of 15-20 lift trucks of various capacity and origin.
• Maintenance work of all kinds including bench work, lathe machining and metal fabrication, field repairs and installation. 
• Troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Schedule off hour repairs and preventive maintenance (PM) around production schedules. 
• Work with single phase and 3 PH industrial electrical systems.
• Skill in RS Logix, RS Linx, Motion Perfect Software to use to change parameters and troubleshoot AB 5/00 PLCs Trio Motion Controllers and AC VFD is preferred.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Completion of and Industrial Maintenance Program or associate degree preferred.
• Three years relevant experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must be willing to work 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, 4:15 p.m. to 2:45 a.m.
