The Business Analyst position is a front-office support role focused on providing outstanding support to internal customers from a reporting and financial standpoint. By utilizing our financial, sales, and operation systems, the Business Analyst will provide operational reporting and financial analysis of the overall business and individual business lines. This role offers the opportunity to obtain a 'big picture' view of performance while also improving processes to drive efficiencies and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, extract, maintain and deliver critical recurring and ad hoc reporting to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for and assist with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations: e.g. compliance, audits, contract management, data integrity
• Manage the referral process between Interim and Search recruiters, including new referral tracking, AR and commission payments and sending recruiter statements.
• Build financial models to assist leadership in making business decisions
• Act as a liaison/partner between the field offices and other internal customers
• Assist field offices with general business and financial matters
• Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to help assist the producers in accomplishing company goals
• Proficient user of the reporting and dashboard programs to maximize insight into the data and highlight key factors, uncover underlying problems and detect anomalies and inconsistencies
• Partner with the Business Operations Associate by assisting with management of customer accounts, including but not limited to burdens, PO tracking, and customer discounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates would have one or a mix of the following education and experience:

• 4-year degree in Business, Accounting, Finance Information Systems or similar field preferred
• 2 years of business finance or other relevant experience
• Superior communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Solid understanding of financial, sales, amd operational metrics
