Overview: Our client seeks a mid-level contracts paralegal to assist on a full-time basis for the next 3 months.
Company: Trade Association.
Experience: 5 years handling commercial work within a non-profit or trade association.
Location: Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Contract management, ability to use the platform Cobblestone preferred but not required.
- Experience with non-profit governance (ex: motions, minutes, etc.)
- Parliamentarian experience.
- Experience with meetings and events contracts highly preferred.
