The individual is primarily responsible for supporting the League office with management of financial reporting needs.
The individual will build out financial reporting processes and be a driver of the evolution of the team’s role within the business. The Lead will be tasked with driving and coordinating financial information, and process improvements across the organization. The Lead will be responsible for the consolidated financial view for the company, collaborating, and coordinating across Finance and the rest of the organization to provide accurate and timely information.
The candidate will garner in-depth understanding of key financial and operational practices across a range of finance functions with a focus on building and establishing processes to support the team’s day-to-day responsibilities. The candidate will have a strong understanding of Finance procedures and standards, coupled with the ability to build repeatable processes from scratch. The Lead will use systems and technical tools for process improvements, reporting, and other adhoc needs. This role will report into the Vice President of FP&A and with broad exposure to other areas of Finance and the League.
