Universal Specialist for Dining and Resident Services

Responsibilities:

• Dining
• Provide excellent customer service
• Serve food and beverages to elders in a timely and positive manner
• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• Clean/maintain food service areas including dining room, service area, and kitchen
• Assist with dishwashing
• May perform other duties as assigned by Dining Services Director
• Resident Services
• Medication Reminders
• Light Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Companionship

Qualifications:

• Previous wait staff experience preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Positive attitude with ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs / push/pull/carry up to 30 lbs; constant standing and frequent walking required
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid food handler card
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
